On Tuesday 29 November Ms Griffiths Year 8 Food Technology class made Christmas shortbread. Students had a fun time with Christmas tunes creating the perfect ambience for cooking! Why not try the recipe out over the school holidays – shortbread makes a great Christmas gift.
