On 11 December 2020, members of our community were treated to the joyful sounds of Christmas carols at our College’s annual Carols by Candlelight as they came together to rejoice in the hope and peace that comes with the birth of Jesus.

Our award winning College Concert Band and Massed Choir were joined by the talented choirs from Good Shepherd Catholic School and St Anthony’s School as they provided music and performances throughout the evening that brought out smiles and filled hearts with warmth and hope.

In addition to the wonderful music, the 11th edition of our Carols by Candlelight event also offered people the opportunity to bring their own picnic or enjoy the offerings of the BBQ hosted by our Friends of Music, the ice-cream van and the coffee van that were available on the evening.

Prizes were also awarded to the best dressed Christmas Carols participants and of course Santa Claus, together with Mrs Claus, popped by for a few minutes to join in with the celebrations and yet another magical night under the stars.
