As part of our dynamic arts program, students were given the opportunity to experience and learn about the real world of arts in two different ways.

Our Year 10 Media Arts students have been learning how photography techniques can be used to show someone as a villain or a hero and with the generosity of the drama department, they were able to utilise an array of costumes and put those techniques to use.

In the meantime, our ATAR Visual Art students, who have been learning about Art and Science, were treated to a an interesting and thought-provoking session with guest speaker Oron Catts from University of Western Australia who discussed his work and art practice, an art and science crossover – something you don’t hear about every day.
