College P&F Musical Bingo Night

19 August 2024

Last month, the P&F hosted their annual fundraiser with fun rounds of Musical Bingo! This was not your typical Bingo – players needed to mark songs off their Bingo cards instead of numbers. Hosted by Bamboozled Quizmasters the event included two rounds of bingo, themed around Movie Songs and No.1 hits.

Looking around the venue you could see a few “famous faces and characters” with guests encouraged to dress up as a movie character or musician with prizes awarded to the best dressed female, male and groups. A great effort was made by all who attended, and it brought a bit of colour to the surroundings. In between rounds, there was plenty of time to buy raffle tickets, bid on the silent and loud auctions and to play a few mini games like heads and tails.

The highlight of the night was a fierce catwalk competition where participants showed off some awesome dance moves and serious modelling poses. They were in it to win it for sure!

Here’s what some others had to say about the evening:

Adding music to bingo – what could be more fun? The variety of musical hits meant that there was something for everyone. The raffle prizes and auction ideas were amazing.

Some people managed to bag a bargain, and others showed great generosity in their auction bids and raffle ticket purchases and other fun-raising activities during the night, with all proceeds going towards health and wellbeing initiatives of our children – Emma.

It was an amazingly put together night, we had a such a great night singing along to the tunes while we played and met some new friends along the way – Bianca

Thanks to all the people and companies who donated prizes and to Bamboozled Quizmasters for hosting. A lot of effort goes into making this fundraiser a success so a Big Thank You to the hardworking P&F and volunteers for organising this wonderful event.
