The College is pleased to be able to launch its revamped website and the new Parent Hub.
With a distinctly fresh look, the website has been updated to enable visitors, prospective students and their families to more easily navigate the site and get a sense of who we are as a College, what we stand for and the values that guide our teachings.
More importantly, the website will highlight the opportunities and support system in place to help students fulfil their potential and live their best lives. Through the news stories, we will also strive to showcase the positive impact our students, along with our staff, have on our community.
The redesign of our website also sees the introduction of the Parent Hub, a central location containing all the information that parents and guardians might need.
Restricted to parents of existing students, the secured section of the website contains a range of useful documents including but not limited to information ranging from key policies, procedures, regulation to uniform, canteen and bus information.
The Learning at La Salle section within the Parent Hub currently features booklists, curriculum handbooks, presentations, with further plans to add subject schedules, learning resources and more (categorised by Year Groups).
It also includes a range of new online forms including Absentees, Change in Personal Details and the Medical and Media Consent forms, providing parents and carers the choice and convenience of completing these forms online.
A more dynamic calendar has been introduced to both the Parent Hub and public website, enabling users to get access to updated upcoming relevant events and activities.
In addition to the News section on the public website, the Parent Hub comprises of a News and Notices section, which will feature additional stories as well as important school notices. It will also contain an Image Gallery which will be used to share the College experience in images.
The launch of the website and Parent Hub is just the beginning as we look to continuously improve these information and communication channels to provide parents with easier access to information and celebrate our students’ achievements and positive contribution to the community.
