Our College Medical and Media Consent Form has recently been updated.

This form captures important information about your child that is used on excursions, camps and on a daily basis by College staff.

Here at the College we use a range of platforms for storytelling and advertising and have included new questions in relation to the use of images.

We encourage all our families to ensure that their child’s Medical and Media Consent information is up to date.
