La Salle College is seeking Expressions of Interest for membership on its Advisory Council for 2026.
What does the College Advisory Council do?
The College Advisory Council (CAC) represents our dynamic school community by promoting and supporting the Catholic ethos of the school. Through the spirit of partnership, parents and community members work together to contribute and provide expertise to the Principal and School Leadership Team (SLT) in planning for the needs of current and future Lasallian students.
The CAC meets once every Term and for the Annual Community Meeting.
How can I submit an Expression of Interest?
Review the CAC membership criteria below:
- Skills that will be an asset to the College
- A deep interest in the welfare of all students and staff
A desire to give service to the Catholic School Community - Enthusiasm to promote Catholic schooling and our College values of Faith, Excellence and Service
- An ability to work cooperatively and constructively with all other members of the Advisory Council
- Availability and time to attend meetings and devote to Advisory Council duties.Â
If you meet the criteria above, we invite you to submit an Expression of Interest by completing this form. Submissions are required by no later than 3pm Friday 7 November 2025.Â
NOTE: 2026 College Advisory Council nominees must be able to attend the Annual Community Meeting on Monday 17 November 2025 from 6pm – 7pm.

What happens after I submit a nomination?
Prior to recommendation and nomination for election at the Annual Community Meeting on Monday 17 November 2025 at 6pm, the Principal will speak with all nominees to discuss the following points:
- The nominee’s interest in the position
- The role of the Advisory Council
- The nominee’s commitment and skills
- Other general queries.
2025 Annual Community Meeting (ACM)
This year’s Annual Community Meeting (ACM) will be held on Monday 17 November 2025 from 6pm – 7pm in the Senior Learning Centre. All school community members are encouraged to attend. The Annual Community Meeting Agenda can be found here. It is standard practice that, where multiple individuals have submitted an Expression of Interest, member voting will take place at the ACM.
