Parent Teacher Interviews for Years 7-12 are taking place on Monday 28 April (a student-free day) between 10:00am and 6:00pm. Both in person and online options are available for meeting with teachers. There is no need to nominate in advance if you will attend interviews in person or online, as teachers will attempt to start the meeting online if you don’t arrive in person. You will have received an email earlier this week with instructions for making bookings online.

The College can only offer one interview per child with any given subject teacher. If you are unable to book an interview due to a teacher being absent or fully booked, please email the teacher directly to arrange an alternative appointment. Parents/guardians of Year 7 students, please be aware that your son/daughter will rotate into different elective subjects with different teachers each term this year. It is, therefore, advisable that you check your child’s Term 1 timetable on SEQTA to ensure that you book in with the most suitable teachers.

Each interview is 10 minutes in length and a bell will sound to indicate the start of the next interview slot. Scheduled interview times must be adhered to, as teachers will have bookings with other parents/guardians both before and after yours. If you miss a scheduled interview, please email the teacher directly to arrange an alternative appointment.

For in person meetings, please make you way to the Senior Learning Centre (SLC) where each teacher will be located in a classroom with other members of their department. When you arrive at the SLC Foyer, please collect a Who is Where? sheet for details of which department/teachers are in each SLC classroom and check the whiteboard for any last-minute teacher/room changes. Tea and coffee facilities will be available.
