Ms Pascoe’s Year 12 Psychology class went on an excursion to the Perth Zoo on Monday 15 March 2021.
Throughout the day students were provided with an opportunity to observe specific animal behaviours that they will then discuss in class over the next few lessons, and apply to an upcoming assessment.
The excursion provided students with an opportunity to observe how animals are trained with different Learning Theories.
Students also engaged in an educational presentation by Zoo staff and had the opportunity to touch a snake.
