Students are reminded, that to be eligible for free public transport to and from school on all Transperth services they need to be tagging on and off correctly with their Smartrider. Some of our bus drivers have informed us that this has not been happening.
Should students feel that they have inadvertently been charged for their transport they can investigate their travel and transaction history on the Transperth website Create My Account (transperth.wa.gov.au). Additionally, Transperth does have some online information that may be useful to some passengers. Please visit the following links:
