St John of God Health Care (SJGHC) is committed to promoting participation in the arts because of the many health benefits it brings to individuals and communities.

In partnership with the SJGHC, the Catholic Arts Office is now taking nominations for the 2021 St John of God Health Care Visual Art Scholarship.

Entry is open to a Year 11 student who has demonstrated excellence in visual art, demonstrated a continued commitment to being involved in the visual arts in the future and has entered the 2021 Angelico Exhibition.

The scholarship winner will receive $750 to enable them to continue with their tuition or purchase items to assist them develop their talent.

The Catholic Arts Executive Committee will review all nominations on Monday 9 August and the winner will be notified by the Catholic Arts Office and be invited to attend the Angelico Awards Presentation Evening on Tuesday 17 August.
