\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAs we start the new school year, many students might find the transition from holidays back to school a difficult adjustment.\r\n\r\nSleep ins, late nights, hours online and time with friends might be the holiday normal, however are not necessarily conducive to good educational outcomes.\r\n\r\nA way to support a positive transition back to school is by establishing routines.\r\n

Why routines are good for teens<\/strong><\/h4>\r\nSome teens like and need routine more than others, but in general, having an organised and predictable routine can have the following benefits:\r\n
