On Monday 7 April we hosted our annual ‘I am Lasallian’ night for our Year 7 students and their families. This night celebrates all Year 7 students successfully transitioning into the College and “Becoming Lasallian” which is the theme for their year group.

Those in attendance heard some wonderful speeches from our Year 7 students expressing their thoughts on what it means to be Lasallian and outlining key moments from their first Term at La Salle College.

The event is a wonderful opportunity for staff to connect positively with students and their families. The evening is also a showcase for the great work being undertaken in Year 7 Project-Based Learning (PBL) classes, where the focus has been about developing important skills, as well as an understanding of sustainability in relation to water usage at La Salle College.
