The sun was in full flight for our recent Inter-House Athletics Carnival with students and staff travelling to the Ern Clark Athletics track for a day of sporting fun and competition. There was plenty of House and Lasallian spirit on display as students lined the track cheering and supporting their peers as they participated in a range of running, jumping and throwing activities. Tug-of-war continues to be a Carnival highlight and students were well-nourished in-between events by the Student Council sausage sizzle and ice-cream van.Â
Well done to all of our students who competed and participated on the day. It was great to see so many students cheering on their friends and House peers from the track side.
A big thank you to Mr Milligan and the PE Department for coordinating such a wonderful event for our students and to our amazing College staff, especially the House Coordinators for their encouragement of our students.Â
Congratulations to Mutien House who won the Inter-House Athletics Shield, with Solomon (2nd) and La Salle (3rd) rounding out the top three.Â
