Year 7 student Tanveer Chauvan, as part of the WA State School Sport Un12 Cricket team, recently won Bronze at the National School Sport Cricket Championships held in Darwin this month. Tanveer was appointed Vice Captain and had an amazing championship top scoring for Western Australia with 151 runs at an average of 51.67, placing him 4th overall in Australia. He also scored back-to-back 50s (not out) against ACT and QLD. Congratulations Tanveer, what a valuable learning experience and reward for your skill, hard work and training.
