If your child is sick, late or leaving early please follow the steps below to submit an online Absentee Form.

  1. Log on to Parent hub.
  2. Click on the “Absentees” tile and complete the Absentee Form (this must be done prior to 9.30am).
  3. Please ensure the form is completed correctly with a valid reason.
Students Arriving Late
  • On arrival at the College, provided the Absentee Form has been completed, students are required to proceed directly to the Student Reception to sign in.
  • If the Absentee Form has not been completed, a note must be completed by the parent / guardian before the student can sign in.
Students Leaving Early

Students may not leave early without prior arrangement; the following process must be followed.

  • The student must have a printout of the confirmation email from the Absentee Form submission.
  • The student will not be able to leave class at the appropriate time without it.
  • At the designated pick-up time, the student can sign out at Student Reception, where they must remain until a parent / guardian arrives at the Main College Reception.
  • The parent / guardian must come into the Main College Reception, advise staff of the name of the student they are collecting and wait for the student to arrive.
Students in Sick Bay
  • If a student feels unwell, they may ask their teacher for permission to go the Student Reception Sick Bay.
  • The staff at the Student Reception will assess the student and contact you to advise that your child is unwell and needs to be collected from school.
  • Please do not turn up to collect them if you have not been contacted by Student Reception.
  • The parent / guardian must come into the Main College Reception, advise staff of the name of the student they are collecting and wait for the student to arrive.
