Throughout their time at school, we will photograph and capture video of our students participating in a variety of educational and extracurricular school activities. These photos and videos may be used for stories across our school newsletter, website, College Annual, social media or school marketing initiatives.
It is important to note that:
- We try and focus on sharing small group photos unless an individual is being celebrated
- We try and focus on positive, activity-based/ educational photos
- We rarely publish a student’s full name (with the exception of our internal facing publications, College Annual and Delagram Newsletter)
- We use first names for celebrating a student achievement on social media. A student’s full name may occasionally be used on social media if it has already been publicly acknowledged e.g., named in a state sporting team online and they/parents have given permission for the College to celebrate their achievement.
We encourage you to discuss photo and video permissions with your child/children and if you need to make an update, please complete the form below:
Every effort is made to ensure we only distribute media of students that we have permission for. At any time, you may request to have a photo taken down from our social media sites or school website. This can be done by emailing staff at communications@lasalle.wa.edu.au.
