In what can only be described as a challenging and unique year, our Year 12 students of 2020 deserve much commendation for their academic achievements and successfully completing their Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE).
It is an achievement that reflects the hard work put in not just by the students but also parents, staff as well as many others who have provided wonderful support throughout their learning journey.
In the recently released ATAR results, La Salle College’s median score was 81.25 and featured several impressive individual results.
Overall, 58% of our students achieved an ATAR score above 80 while ten students achieved an ATAR greater than 90. Our highest score was achieved by Jordan Stacey who had an excellent ATAR of 99.5.
Four students were awarded with a Certificate of Distinction while seven students received a Certificate of Merit.
In our College’s Vocational Educational Training program, 92% of all Year 12 students completed a Certificate II or higher qualification, holding them in great stead to be a great contributor to this very important dimension of our community.
